2. Production Process
This is a new production technology of glass wool cotton 90 degrees Rotating, to keep the glass wool vertical with the steel plate , greatly improve the comprehensive strength.New glass cotton composite panels can be made by polyurethane sealing side, to ensure good air tightness, water tightness.
Binder are settled by spraying ,using quantity is 3 times of normal product, greatly increase the bonding strength.
3.Finish Product
Polyurethane sealing side glass cotton composite panels is made by structural glass cotton in center, both sides have the end of 50 mm wide polyurethane insulated material.
